Well hello! The weather’s been beautiful, the sun has been shining, and as is the way of it, the weather has also been awful, and the rain has been pouring. Here are a few bits and pieces to keep you up to date with all things Calliope Yoga and Bodywork.
Huge thanks to Amy-Clare Fidgett who was good enough to cover my classes while I completed my Forrest Yoga Mentorship programme at the start of July. Amy-Clare and I did our teacher training together, and you can now check out her classes in Elgin which are starting soon.
As well as swanning off to be mentored, I was also away on my honeymoon in Rome. If you really want to see the photos be prepared for a long sit. It’s only fair to warn you.
I also started teaching a new class this week at Ninewells, which is available to any staff based in or around Ninewells, including University staff and nearby NHS centres. It was great to see so many people there, and I’m hoping to see even more next week. These classes will run for four weeks initially to gauge interest. If you would like to attend a regular yoga class on a Thursday night between 5:15 and 6:15, please come along. As with all my classes, places can be booked and paid for online, or you can pay cash at the class.
My weekly class schedule currently looks like this:
Balgay Church Hall – 12:30-1:30
Monifieth Community Cabin – 18:30-19:30
Barrie Centre – 18:30-20:00
Ninewells Level 9 Staff Canteen (staff only) – 17:15-18:15
Barrie Centre – 18:30-19:30.
I’ll see you on the mat!
